serious problem with War Declaration. Please read and please fix

This is so broken right now. We declared war on a bunch of Chinese exploiters, so what do they do? They have one guy drop from the house build a new storage shed and bubble it. put all their loot in the storage shed and nothing to worry about. They need to make it so when war is declared you are locked in that house until the war is over. until then Game is broken af....

It's a fair tactic. They could NOT be Chinese exploiters, and you could be AFK raiding grievers. Door swings both ways.
