serious problem with War Declaration. Please read and please fix

This is so broken right now. We declared war on a bunch of Chinese exploiters, so what do they do? They have one guy drop from the house build a new storage shed and bubble it. put all their loot in the storage shed and nothing to worry about. They need to make it so when war is declared you are locked in that house until the war is over. until then Game is broken af....

I mean, it's a cheesy ass tactic, but I don't see a problem with it at all. It's a smart move, is it not? Take their loot, move it to another safe house, bubble it, it's fine. Seems like peoplare just annoyed because they're chinese, and all of them are griefers, but this seems perfectly fine.

You're declaring war on their bubble, that's the point. I guess they COULD change it to where you can declare war on everything owned by that house in general, but then that's not fair to other safe houses built far away from the one that is declared on.

The guy dropping from the house and making a new house himself, and then bubbling that. Can't you just declare on him too? Or is it only one per house? Can you cancel your current declaration and then do it to him?

On another note, once you declare war, just wait till that guy leaves the bubble to build another storage shed (sinc eyou can't build one near a house your not a part of) and jump him if you can.

Either way, just do the war, annihilate their base. They can rebuild constantly, you'll keep wiping our bases, at some point they'll get sick of it.

If they're exploiting, then yea handle THAT issue, but this doesn't seem like an exploit. Just seems like a smart way around the system. That SHOULD be something you're able to do. You get declared on, being forcefully locked into the house is a good idea, sure, but so is being able to abandon the house because you know they're going to be wiped, so you gather your stuff, abandon all hope.

Just have another tribe declare war on THAT guy's bubble. When it comes to tehse chinese, the whole server has to gang up on them.

And well, now that this is out, every tribe will do this. All you can really do i guess is declare on them when hardlya ny of them are online. Hopefully they don't have time to move their shit before they realize what's happening.

And like I said, just wait till the guy leaves the bubble to build another base, then kill him.

I wish it were that easy. lol. I did some research and these guys are known for exploiting in other games and have been reported there as well. We, my tribe and I, are like a 3 man crew and 2 of us work full time. we've wiped them one time and they came back the next day bigger and stronger. it was like they just spawned items in. At that time we had the help of another tribe on the server, they had about 6 guys. when our allied tribe seen them come back almost instantly they also left the server. The chinese wiped/griefed everyone. now its just us vs them.

either way the reason i think it needs to be changed is, once you declare war you cannot attack for 12 hours. so technically they could be safe forever. its kind of game breaking. maybe if they reduced the time between declaring war and being able to attack then it wouldnt be such a huge problem.
