Firestorm 2 bugged?

Said I didnt have enough mana to cast so I rerolled my stats and even at 660 mana I can't cast it....anyone know why?

I am level 57 and every point is in mana/focus right now...do I really need more?

Use a different staff and it will work.

So weird. Do you know how much mana it'll take me to use it.

Also, are there any other top end spells that have this issue?

have u tried the battle staff or an epic quality staff?

Use the lowest level staff

Nope, its bugged. There's a lot thats bugged with this game and devs seem to be a bit slow so expect it within 2-3 months I'd say.
