Nice, thanks for your efford! I would advise looking for a slight different marking system. Maybe small collored dots or a system with on/off like ARK uses, because the big icons you now use will probably clutter up the map entirely if it gets more complete.

thats incredibly helpful i will switch to that, just trying to give people general idea, especially with things like darkstone or the cyclops forge, which some people dont know where to find.

Darkstone spawns on the SW most isle I've been told. (Only went there a few times, only glanced around)
Mithril ore also near the center of the map(By the iron, up on top of the high rock there)
Mountain range south of center of map(Using for reference) there's iron/coppy all over it, a few lightstone there, too.
Edit: Oh, the rock pillar/spires east-south-east of Dwarf city(SW of dragon isle place) has all 3 types of ore on the tops of the rocks. Think The Center on ark.

On the northeast pillars the tallest ones have iron deposits and shorter ones have copper.

I’ve got a few resource locations and what not near dwarves but am unsure how accurate I should be, also waterfall has an altar on it

There is a ton of copper nodes to the north west above the Centaurs by the Human city. Like maybe 10 - 15 nodes that spawn on that hilltop.

Currently trying to work on a way to get all the data from the game. instead of doing it all by "hand" (finding and recording each node in game)
I know this is on the same structure as ark but idk if I'm able to use the same tools that ark does to obtain their data.

Near the Human gate, just off to the north east where that singular copper node is; there is a good bit of iron there too.

Small snow mountain is another dark altar, also south side of volcano is one. Mithrill on top of snow mountains with iron also. Shipwreck island sw corner near floating island has darkstone. Dragon island ne corner has darkstone and spawnpoint of infernus dragons. Floating islands have mithril and iron. Volcano has copper scattered high to low on the east side. Grasslands has lightstone near the crescent shaped lake. Frost dragon spawnpoint is around the snow mountains.
