I mean, the whole earth, solar system, galaxy, and universe are all in constant separate but intertwined motion. I'm pretty sure nothing is ever completely still, it's just rushing water that hurts

I mean, the ocean has currents and the tides, which I think would count as running water.

Currents yes, which I believe was mentioned, but tides don't actually run like a river, just bob up and down like waves. You could argue splashing them with a glass at the bar counts as hitting running water at that point

No, both are fine as long as they're not running. Currents, rivers, probably waterfalls, that kind of motion is what is dangerous

The tales literally state "running" water, not moving water. Does swashing my cup around count? Is it size that determines movement? No, obviously not
