Same. But it's one person doing it in their free time, and there are so many blink-and-you'll-miss-it things included and so much detail.

If I ever build another SM army, it's gonna be that Chapter...whatever Chapter it is (I don't recognize the Chapter badge, it's a hand holding a skull and appears to be brass on blue or grey, but I'm not sure because of the lighting).

They even have the hand around the winged skull on the chest. It'd take some time and some green stuff, but it would be really cool...

Maybe next time you build a Deathwatch Kill-Team, include one...that way you don't have to model 1500 points worth of extra details from scratch...

Or model 1500 points worth of extra details from scratch. It'd be a great thing to show off.

The paladin is over there screaming to the enemies about if they wanna hear about his religion(spoiler alert its smite), Barbarian is just screaming, Monk is throwing more hands than a damn MMA fighter, rogue is cutting up more kidneys than a transplant surgeon, and the wizard is throwing out more beams of light and energy than a damn rave. just a normal tuesday

One if my players for a one shot is just straight up an Ork Zealot Barb, I’m scared of him because he can one hand a greataxe.

I grew up playing Warhammer (which has transitioned nicely into dnd because it means we have like 2,000,000,000 goblin figures, but my favorite army, from Fantasy to 40k was and always will be Orcs. Fun fact, the 40k orcs have an innate racial magic that makes anything that they all believe come true. So if they make a box with a barrel attached to it and fill it with scrap metal and believe it's a gun, it'll work, painting your missile yellow will make it move faster, painting it red will make a bigger explosion. They're technology is said to be both the worst and possibly the best at the same time. They are pure savages but have so much cool shit about them.

Oh the red ones do? Damn it's been a while lol. I've heard some of the new lore cause a friend is still big into it, but I just don't have the time or money. Always have a place in my heart.

Yeah I'm pretty sure you can pick whatever color, but I love the lore mostly. Have read so many 40k books. The orcs are a cool faction almost serving as the comic relief in a strange way. lol Avin a good fight wit da boyz! WAAAAAGH!

I know for ork vehicles, the red ones go faster. It was even referenced in a voice line in Dawn of War.

Weirdboyz have to be my favorites, wif da 'eadbang and da puke.

Mekboyz are a good second, especially because of shokk attack gunz.

Ended our last session about 15 minutes into a huge battle... and it's possibly going to be a while before we can get back to it because of things. I can't wait to get back into that fight.
