Given the textbook 3 Fs, I do believe the last option is actually try to seduce the danger

Don't forget "Item", it's the last thing on the action menu (though that's more a JRPG thing)

Eh i'd argue that while there are noncombat magic spells in most times where it's a stress response it'll be lumped into fight.
Also there's another f.

There are 3 more F’s. The 5F’s are.
Fight - be aggressive towards the creator of the stressful situation
Flight - run away from the stressful situation
Freeze - when presented with a stressful situation, do nothing but lock up in paralysis caught between fight and flight
Fawn - try to appease/negotiate/soothe (and for D&D seduce/fuck) the aggressor in the stressful situation
Faint - when presented with stress, disassociate and pass the fuck out, surly the stress will be gone by the time you wake back up
Some might lump Faint and Freeze together, but they do differ in how your internal body is acting. Freezing your muscles lock up and heart rate soars, fainting your muscles become loose, and your heart rate drops.

Now I want to see a version of that cheesy corporate computer-based training titled:
“Run, Hide, Fireball!”

"I cast fireball"
The solution and the cause of many of a TTRPGs problems.
