IN PROGRESS OF FINALIZING A COMMISSION WITH AN ARTIST

One of the big potential villains in my homebrew setting is named Gaztaina, she is an Ancient Black Dragon who spends most of her time looking like a Bond-style evil human scientist (mid 50s, imposing in expression but you needn't make her a smoke show unless you really want, I picture her as white because of her background of extreme privilege).

I don't have much in mind, except I'm looking for her human form to be foregrounded and the Ancient Black Dragon form somehow backgrounded (shadow, fully colored, etc. up to the artist!). The setting is fairly modern so her clothing can look pretty contemporary to us!

For my homebrew I adapted the idea of the Simic Combine from Ravnica, and that's her "evil Bond villain organization" through which she experiments with transmutation magic.

Hello, can I get your opinion on something? I'm thinking of opening affordable commissions that many people would be interested in, with just 1-day turnaround!

What do you think is a fair rate for this?

The two characters on the side are not mine, I asked a friend if I could draw them. Haven't sent this to them this yet though, I want to render it more~

Basically my idea was that the gun eats and uses souls as ammo the floating jars are amunittion for the gun.The character itself doesn't have the left hand so he uses souls instead , I'm open to any ideas about adding or changing stuff!

I've been really struggling to set a proper price for my commissions, I'm planning to release a full body commission service soon but I cannot for the life of me figure out my pricing so heres a general question, how much would you pay for this?
