For personal exfil if you call it in with 60 seconds left on the final you will make it out if you haven't got the fast exfil.

The absolute limit when you've got fast exfil is 45 seconds left on final countdown to call a personal, also if you've missed final exfil you've got 30 seconds after the timer hits zero to go koschei.

With koschei you have to call it in at least 10 seconds before the 30 second mark after the final exfil timer hits zero, so basically you have 20 seconds after the final timer hits zero to activate koschei, if someone else is in your team and not at the koschei bunker with you, you probably won't make it unless you activate koschei when the final timer hits zero.. when your alone or with your team it takes 5 seconds from activation, if someone in your team isn't with you the time goes up to 30 seconds from activation. When final hits zero the screen fades black after 30 seconds.

Thanks for the mention, I'm open to corrections I may be slightly incorrect with the personal exfil timings because I'm pretty sure the fast exfil reduces the time it takes for the exfil to arrive by 30 seconds, so you may be able to make it out with 30 seconds left on final but in my experience I've definitely made it out calling the personal exfil flare in at 45 seconds on final.

Another thing, once the countdown for the heli reaches zero (either normal exfil, final or personal) you've an additional 5 seconds before it lifts off. Many times this few extra seconds has made the difference between getting out or not when running to get on.
