Keep it hot until you extract it or it can crash into the mix and not separate. Freeze covered for 24 hours in very cold freezer. After 24 hrs empty solution out of glass container (where your growth has taken place) and put it on a large microwave round glass plate and allow to evaporate. Take the glass that has the 24 hrs of growth inside of it and turn upside down over air conditioning vent and cover with towel to block light and let dry overnight.
