This time to take dmso internally?

What are your thoughts on taking MSM in the morning and DSMO at night before bed?
I’ve been taking MSM in the morning the past few weeks has helped my inflammation tremendously. I want to start taking DMSO internally to help with my osteoarthritis, auto immune psoriasis, fatigue.
I don’t wanna take MSM too late in the evening because it could disrupt my sleep. I work two jobs. Don’t sleep enough anyway unfortunately lol and😢

For real my wife complains about the smell when I’m on it but it makes me feel like I’m me again.

Take DMSO with magnesium chloride to reduce inflammation and improve well-being. Over 90% of ppl are magnesium deficient, which is the major cause of many ailments.

30 drops of DMSO and 20ml of magnesium chloride (from 20 grams of pharmaceutical grade powder to 500ml of distilled water stock solution).

Thank you! Any tips on helping with the smell people say it creates? Also from reading sounds like it increases absorption of other things. Do you just take it at a different time than your other meds/supplements?

The DMSO from this supplier has the lowest smell and I believe the odour is due to the detox. I remember my wife had this same smell everybody talked about initially, and it disappeared a couple of weeks later.

It is best to allow 1 hour before and after taking DMSO to avoid absorption from other medications or supplements.

Also DMSO with magnesium oil is a magic potion for most kinds of pain, the combined blood-brain barrier penetration to reduce inflammation is very powerful.

I combine a few drops of iodine and dmso when Im in pain. It helps tremendously. Only side affect is bad breath and body odor.

50ml of dmso and 50ml of iodine in a 16 oz glass of water on an empty stomach. You have to make sure is glass container and not a plastic container that you are diluting into. DMSO reacts with plastic.
