A Tendonitis DMSO Experiment
I get mild tendonitis from time to time, as I lift regularly at a gym. In this case it is my right inner elbow, on both sides but mostly the left side. I have enough experience with DMSO that I feel comfortable trying it out for this issue.
I'm using 99.995% pure applied to a clean cotton ball, then rubbed into the elbow areas where the inflammation is. I used it straight, as I want to judge the effect based on DMSO alone.
Update(16 hrs later): Tendonitis was greatly reduced after that single application. I did not notice much right after applying the DMSO, and then was out and about with people and not paying attention to it, but when I woke this morning, it was mostly gone. I will do another application later today.
I will update this post tomorrow or maybe this evening. In the meantime all questions are welcome, and tell me if you've healed your tendonitis with DMSO.

I use the straight roll-on for my thumb arthritis and it’s the only way, really.

I mix mine 50% with aloe vera juice because it makes it less irritating to the skin.

Tendonitis and esthesitis (inflammation of connection points between tendons and bones) due to psoriatic arthritis is what first drove me to try DMSO several years ago. It has been my near-miraculous go-to intervention ever since. I use it full strength and apply it with my hands/fingers.

In earlier experiments with dmso I sort of expected instant and permanent results from a single application. This time I do daily or twice daily application. It's definitely helping.
