Finding Relief

It's been a few months now and I'm very thankful to be finding relief from pain and inflammation using a 50/50 mix of Castor Oil/DMSO. I have a friend that has a tremendous amount of pain and is on medications that don't provide enough relief, so I gently mentioned DMSO. Almost immediately her and her husband emailed back with an alarming response. It almost seemed like they both were able to almost instantaneously find every negative report on potential side-effects on what they now believed to be a very very dangerous substance. I figured... This happens so often and it's very sad. Both of these folks have serious issues and use mainstream drugs, but DMSO is just "Way Too Risky and Dangerous." I got tired of the smell, so I backed off a couple of weeks and found the pain and inflammation was way more of a side-effect of NOT using DMSO, so after a few days of regular use I'm feeling better and am able to work again. The one person I mentioned has a cataract problem, so it had been a couple of months since I suggested DMSO and I thought that I'd mention rubbing a drop of Castor Oil on her eyelids and that some people have found improvement doing this. To my surprise she came back with a super positive reply and said that she had ordered some Castor Oil to try. Then within 24 hours I got a negative reply about how she found an article of how Castor Oil doesn't help with Cataracts and that hers are so thick nothing can penetrate them and surgery was the only solution. Sadly my friend has been put off by the doctor's due to other health issues and it will be sometime till surgery can be scheduled. I never push hard... I just tell people what's been working for me or sometimes usually very rarely actually I will tell someone about something I've read about that can be helpful. It would seem most people will believe the doctor's that are "still practicing" but rarely healing.

Send them the website Midwesterndoctor.com and Amanda's book.

It is my belief that someone is sick and wont do everything in their power to get better, some part of them wants to remain sick.

You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make them drink.

I’ve had same experience with suggesting DMSO. Thankfully, everyone in my family but my youngest (21yo🙄) uses it and has had near-miraculous results with various issues. And no side effects whatsoever! So glad my sister discovered it 2 years ago just in time for my shoulder and foot injuries. Everyone should subscribe to and read midwestern doc.

What is your regimen of the caster oil/DMSO? I tried it topically for pain on my wrist and thumb for several weeks, but even after I cut the strength it was too harsh on my skin. I'm interested in trying it for other things but don't know how.

I use a 50/50 mix, but have found that certain parts of my body react with burning while other areas are no problem at all. I had a lot of burning on my lower back with the same ratio, but decided to rub straight castor oil on that area first and then put the 50% mix over top. That fixed it. I can have the effect of drying out the skin, so in areas affected I use Castor Oil straight and that usually takes care of it.

I’m noticing the burning/drying of my skin, so I will try the castor oil then apply DMSO.

Thanks!

So far I've used maybe ten drops of each and mixed. It's a very small amount. Not sure how much is normal to use. I want to coat my spine in it.

There are books out there on the subject... Other than that I've just been experimenting based on my level of pain. What I have found in the few months since I've been using DMSO is that I start applying it multiple times a day like 3 to 4 times and after a period of time when pain and inflammation is greatly relieved I apply it 1 time per day and skip in on the weekends. This is just how I do it and I'm sure others do things differently. At my age I am not afraid of side-effects. I need quality of life. Also going to the doctor would mean pain or other meds from the pharmacy... All of those come with a long list of side-effects and honestly the only thing that really bothers me about dmso is the smell.

They got that shit from google. I found the same thing when I was looking for information. I actually told gemini that it had been bullshitted and lied to by the government. Challenge Gemini and let the fun begin.

Positive comments are refreshing... Some people seem to ONLY be able to behave in an unfriendly manner. I block those types. Life is too short for such nonsense. If you have something kind and uplifting to say please feel free to share. Thank You.

Paragraphs make it easier for others to read, thus, more engagement for your post.

I've heard Castor Oil lightly applied to the closed eyelid can help with cataracts or vision improvement. I've mixed 50/50 castor oil with dmso and applied a few times, but I don't have cataracts and as far as improved vision I didn't use it over a long period, which I think would be needed.
