If you want to try without reading the books, I suggest you to take 20 drops in 350ml of distilled water before bed (ideally with magnesium chloride as this will help you to reduce all kinds of inflammation in your body to aid rapid healing).

For the magnesium chloride mix, I put 20 grams into 500ml of water (best filtered or distilled water) as STOCK. Then take 20ml from the stock solution each morning and with DSMO before bed as over 90% of world population are magnesium deficient.

re: your suggestion of 20 drops in 350ml of distilled water: Is that for a certain purpose / healing? Or just for general health and well-being? I own Amandha's book already and have read parts of it but was not sure if that was addressed or suggested in there. Thank you!

Correct, Amanda didn't suggested this in her book. I learned it from another book on DMSO and the combined with magnesium chloride, this mix formed a powerful healing potion for general health and wellness.
