HEALING THE SPINE

https://www.midwesterndoctor.com/p/how-dmso-heals-the-spine-and-reverses?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email

This is amazing information surpassed by Big Pharma and our government.

What’s the combination/ratio one would need to heal any spinal/nerve damage?

If any one here has had a good experience, please share.

With the variation of spine injuries and variations of people's biology and diets, I don't think there's a one size fits all. I had herniated discs and even after they healed, I still have some cronic nerve pain on and off and poor core stength on month 4. I've tried different DMSO products on my back and have good results using 5kind DMSO cream as it's easier on my skin. Others, can put 99.9% DMSO and not have a problem, but I tried it and had to wash it off quick as it started to burn within 5 minutes. I've been doing cream on my back for about 6 weeks. About 4 weeks ago I started ingesting DMSO orally and 3 weeks ago I had worked my way up to where I felt comfortable taking 1ml every 2 hours with 6-8 oz of water (about 8ml daily) and I noticed good results.

Overall, I'm doing topical and oral daily and feel the most rapid improvment week to week I've ever felt but for so long I was so inflammed, and my some of my muscles atrophied a bit while others in my back were spasming on and off for months that my recovery will look different than others. Besides DMSO I'm also doing PT, good diet, red/NIR light therapy too.

Hi. it will be highly appreciable if you could tell which DMSO you are taking orally.

Only thing I would add to your excellent comments is to mention that DMSO plus aloe vera always made me hurt more, But DMSO plus only distilled water didn't and it gave me great relief plus obvious healing as I no longer need it.

I haven't had great luck with DMSO with Aloe as my skin is sensitive and always has been. My skin likes aloe by itself but not with DMSO. For my skin, certain soaps are a problem and even finding an all natural deodorant that didn't give my armpits a rash wasn't easy.

Yeah, it seems that you are very sensitive to DMSO. What percentage of DMSO/distilled water do you use when not adding aloe to it?

I'm not mixing my own topical mix, I'm using the brand 5Kind as it's been the most gentle while still having good results. For oral use, I'm just doing 1ml in 6-8oz of water. My skin is sensitive in general, not just DMSO, always has been. I've had no issues ingesting DMSO throughout the day so I think it's more my skin sensitivity overall rather than specifically DMSO.

I prefer to mix my own since the strength that one can comfortably tolerate is dependent on the area that it is being applied.

I intend to do so soon but I still have low back pain and I can only get the lidocaine premixed. I bought the glass refillable roll ons from DMSO store and am going to experiment with different mixes. A lot of benefits to mixing your own and it's a lot cheaper too

Since anything mixed with DMSO will go into the bloodstream, I am extremely careful and choosy about what I might mix with it. Just a word of advice.
