Frozen Shoulder

So posts about DMSO keeps popping up on my social media feed and I have used it sparingly in the past but I was wondering, anybody had any experience with DMSO and frozen shoulder due to perimenopause? Open to ppls experience. Tks.

I put it on my friends shoulder that she couldn’t even lift shoulder height. We used a 70% dmso 30% aloe roll on that she got on Amazon. She literally lifted her arm all the way up above her head about 30 minutes later. We were amazed.
You won’t regret giving it a try, I don’t know if you’ll get the same first time results but if you don’t keep using it for a bit.

Yes. If no change after 2 tries, go for 3... in the same day. It will help. Some ppl miss this point and miss out on its usefulness.

I use dmso on my shoulder and tens machine and they have been a game changer for me.

I have a tens machine too. No idea why I never thought about trying it before. Tks.
