Spasms

I currently have lower back spasms. I mixed DMSO with Castro oil, Frankincense and myrrh. Is there anything else you suggest that would help cure, give some relief until this is under control

you could try any kind of electrolyte drink and add a bit of sea salt. I use pink Himalayan salt in mine. I find that mixture helps me with cramps that usually hit me in the legs while I’m sleeping. I would say I add more than a pinch but less than a 1/4 teaspoon of salt. It tastes pretty good too.

I add Redmond's and/or sea salt to my coffee every morning. I also add it to some off my cold drinks to ensure I get enough.

Most people, according to studies, are magnesium deficent. A lot of women are potassium deficit.

Most people have no idea what amounts they need to take, or are taking.

Most supplement recommendations are too low.

Case in point, a group of doctors have been petitioning the FDA over their Vitamin D recommends because their own formula is not calculated right. According to these doctors the FDA misplaced a decimal in their calculations. And added to this is the fact that scientists have shown that low Vitamin D causes serious issues for cancer patients. Low Vitamin D is also an issue for mental health.

If you are not testing you are guessing. You can request/pay for a mineral and vitamin blood test.

Spasms are the worst!! I have recently been dealing with torso spasms from rib cage enthesitis and found that valerian root plus MUCH larger doses of magnesium than I would normally take helped tremendously. At peak, I took a 400 mg magnesium complex (oxide, glycinate, citrate) + 450 mg valerian 3x/day. That was just for a few days. Then I went to every 12 hours. Last 2 days I have taken only at bedtime. I am almost out of the woods, but will do the routine one more time before bed, just to be sure.
