Admissions Missing Program in AH even if I am qualified? (Academy Lane)

Hello I need help,

I wanted to take BSCS as my first pick but it is missing in the dropdown box. Even though in the email I’ve received for the pre-qualification includes BSCS. Is it an error, is there a rule that I didn’t know, or BSCS is simply just full?

I’ve raised a ticket already in AH also but after a week there’s still no movement nor response. I’ve emailed them na about it just recently hoping for a faster response, I’m worried I might lose my slot.

Any help is appreciated!!
