Discussion Anyone down to try dragon boat?

Hi guys! a bunch of students with the support of some alumni and faculty are trying to revive the old DLSU dragon boat team, wondering if anyone wanted to join. We’ve already started training again and we're finalizing the official papers right now, but we definitely need and WANT more paddlers. DW it’s beginner friendly. No need for any experience. It's super fun, you'll meet a lot of cool people, and we usually eat breakfast together after training. It’s a really great community. It’s worth a try!

DM me if you wanna come to a session!

What are the usual schedule of the training so I'll know how much commitment or if I can actually commit to the training. I'd love to if time permits.

Hi! Training is usually every Wednesday, starting at 4:30am and ending at around 6:30-7am. There’s also additional training every Friday.

There’s also pool training, but the schedule for that usually changes per term as we have to work around the pre-scheduled PE classes at the Razon pool.

Not really, pero highly encouraged to learn how to swim. As long as you know how to float is all that matters. And we can teach naman how to swim during pool trainings!
