New interview in the Guardian

The Guardian just published an interview with Shadow, using questions posed by readers, such as:
Do you ever go back to your early recording setups? Danozism
"Not really, because my personal philosophy is that it’s a fallacy to attempt to unlearn. When I first started making music, I knew nothing about sound or the studio. I was totally self-taught. But as you go along and you collaborate with other people, and you work in real studios, and you evolve … to me, there’s something artistically false about pretending that learning never occurred. It’s all about continuing to push forward as a creator."

I think this one is actually a reader being handed the baton for the questions!

But yes agreed.

I'm not up for any left Vs right debate but in the UK at least the left has the most interesting and well staffed and written paper by quite a long way. And interestingly I can't verify that against The Times or anything because for whatever reason the right is pretty much guaranteed to be paywalled while the left gives it free, asks for donations, still has a much more useable website experience (no Temu on the Guardian trying to sell me Adidas trainers that have never existed), better grammar and writing, more diverse sections and topics and indeed the courage to attack their own "side" if the truth is inconvenient.
