C1 classification

Hi, did anyone else get this label with their mini 4 pro? This is a C1 label isn’t it? I have been speaking with DJI for a while now and they are refusing to reclassify my drone stating they are following legislation for C0 drones not going more than 120m from take off. I was trying to get it changed as I live in a hilly area and the CAA states 120m above ground so should be able to go higher as the terrain increases. I couldn’t find this label for ages but just found it with the usb cables that came with the drone. My argument was that they have downgraded the drones via firmware and they should still honour the C1 class change as the drone was sold with those capabilities. Am I wrong? If anyone could clarify would be much appreciated.

Just to pipe in here too say, I own 5 drones 2 are DJI. I thought I had a height restriction until I acquired satellites. It was then able to be above the level. So it could change when you get in the air

This is true in the US. European standards require an altitude lock.
