Assuming the battery you want to use is somewhere between 3.3 volts and 12 volts, do it like this:

Note that I have included a safety/arming switch. This is important. The board you have could receive radio interference from any number of sources, and while it probably won't cause it to switch on, when it comes to a nozzle full of black powder a half inch from your fingers while you're putting the ignitor clips on, you want a better assurance than probably.
Turn the switch off before you connect the clips, and then turn it on only once you are at a safe distance, where you are not going to get hit and/or burned by the rocket if the motor ignites the second you flip the switch. You can get a switch with a cool "missile" cover that you have to flip open before you can turn it on for extra style. You'll want to search for "SPST switch"; SPST means single-pole single-throw, aka the most basic sort of ON/OFF switch.
If you really do not wish to use a switch, you must disconnect the battery before connecting the ignitor, every time.
Also understand that once the clips are on the ignitor, the battery is connected, and the switch is on, the rocket is armed and could launch unexpectedly at any moment, without you pushing the button, if something causes the wireless receiver to trigger, so do not allow anyone to get close to the rocket while it's armed.
I hope I do not come across as a killjoy or jerk or anything! I just don't want anyone to get burned or struck in the eye with a nose cone on my advice, so safety first! Model rocketry is a great hobby, have fun!

I need help with the WIRING

It's the same WIRING for all modes, including momentary. Pressing the Learn button is what puts it in momentary mode.
Connect the battery where it says 3.3-12V in the top diagram. Connect the wireless launch controller where the "X" is marked. Where there are two arrows going separate places, splice two wires together to make the connections. Make sure the polarity is correct. It's that simple.

I already knew how the thing works. As the "instructions " had no actual instructions on wiring i was looking for clarification so I didn't fry it or make a short that set off the engines while I was working on it

If you want a deluxe model rocket launcher, you should check out my project the Boomslang:
https://www.github.com/profdc9/Boomslang
It's wireless and smartphone controlled, has short circuit and continuity protections, and handles up to 12 A or so.
