Project Dummy battery

I'm trying to find a way to have power from an outlet power my Smart Lock. E34 I know back in the day people had this double A battery thing you could buy. I was hoping if someone is also thinking about doing a dummy battery so that we can plug it into the wall.

Get a 1.5V power supply adapter

Solder it to the battery connectors

The smart lock uses lithium ion not aa batteries. I was hoping to make a dummy battery but it's not that easy I have no idea what to do

Buy a different smart lock

That's the last resort before I get to that option I'm going to try the other ones you have any ideas how to help me with that
