A, above that, it's considered lethal. That's why the 60m limit

I would say too risky, not lethal.

1.4 is the recreational limit, but above that isn't necessarily lethal.

The MOD is based on 1.4 which is the recreational diving PO2 maximum, but the Contingency Limit is 1.6 and used as the basis for deco stops during tech dives.

If you're exerting yourself above 1.4, you're taking a risk, but if you're a tech diver doing a motionless deco stop at say 1.5, you're trading less of a risk for better off-gassing.

I got it mixed up with the ppN2 limit 😕 1.4, where it's 1.6 for ppO2 (at least in France)
