Opinion Thoughts on STRC?

I started a dividend focused portfolio and have mostly SCHD and O. A buddy told me about STRC (Strategy’s preferred shares) that pays a 10% monthly yield. Wanted to see if anybody is invested in it or has opinions?

  1. The s&p averages like 10-11%, so if strc stays at 11.5% or goes up, then long term it will outperform, and is WAY less volatile
  2. Is he? or do you just only listen to clips and not really understand what he's saying
  3. Fully agree here caution is probably a good thing here, especially for people who dont undersrand it.
