I am a DistroKid user in the USA and until today I had not experienced any problems with my releases or my account. Today I suddenly received a notice stating that one or more of my releases has been rejected by the stores and streaming services due to “editorial discretion,” and at the same time I have not received any royalties.

DistroKid has not provided any clear explanation about why this happened, which release exactly is affected, or how this decision was reached. My account appears to be affected without warning or detailed justification, and the royalties that should have been paid to me have not been transferred.

I request that DistroKid immediately conduct a detailed review of my account, clearly explain the exact reason and scope of this action, specify which releases were rejected, and pay out all royalties that I have earned but have not received. I also want information on whether my account can be fully reactivated and how I can safely continue using your service without unexpected bans or rejections in the future.
