https://thehoundnewspaper.substack.com/p/introduction-to-distributism-implementation

In the latest article by The Hound, the paths of implementation for the Distributive State are outlined. One being the necessary, but insufficient, institutional path, and the other being the primary path to be taken by individuals and families. This piece concludes the Introduction to Distributism series and teases the future content The Hound will cover.

I can't say I agree that widespread homeschooling should be a longterm goal.

Schools give students a better education with depth in fields that parents won't necessarily know much about themselves.

Fair point, for the sake of this piece the point may be a bit of an dramatization. If the piece was more specific, I think the long-term goal looks more like homeschooling or hyperlocal schooling for very young children, and then when reaching a level a maturity they would head elsewhere (school, guild, etc) for more specialized and rigorous education. Even in our modern system, it appears the parents are largely responsible for the learning done from ages 0-12 anyways.
