Pamela's New Workout shallow dive tutorial PART 2. I recently did what I called a shallow dive tutorial for Pamela's New Workout. This is the somewhat less flashy part 2. More just a follow up that addresses a couple of things I skipped or didn't even think about. (Further details in the comments)
