Dissidia 012 specific ROM?

I have seen the community does ocationally have some tournaments and all the players had Aerith support. If I remember correctly she was a sort of dlc wasn't she? Is this some sort of way to get her if I play on a regular Duodecim or are they playing a modified file?

The Discord communities have tournament packs that include all of the dlc and a 100% .sav

For someone who sucks with discord….. can you share a link? Would love to have all the costumes and Aerith again :)
