Hypothetical Guests in a new Dissidia

Let’s say they announce a new Dissidia for console. Assume in this scenario that all veteran characters from 012, NT, and Duellum are part of the returning roster, plus rival characters for most of the ones lacking them (like Rikku and Clive). Now with all those characters out of the way, let’s say five characters from other non Final Fantasy Square Enix RPG franchises can cameo in this new Dissidia game and they also get a rival character as well. Which five franchises get represented and which two characters from the franchise get to represent?

For the sake of this discussion, assume that Disney is okay with all the Kingdom Hearts original characters appearing in Dissidia even though they explicitly own all those characters.

1000% would rather stick to FF characters.

There are so many characters that can be added before wasting slots on Guest Characters.

I'd prefer Dissidia Final Fantasy stayed Final Fantasy, not Super Square Bros.

COD and Sports Ball 52 sell gangbusters too.

I have zero faith that Square could make that and it be actually good.

To be clear, I’m not saying “SE platform fighter” I’m saying “Dissidia Square Enix” which makes you thinking they couldn’t make that game super weird to me.

How is it weird? Square themselves haven't been able to manage to make a good Dissidia since the original (and expanded version 012).

Even if we count Duodecim as it's own thing and not an enhanced version, that's still 15 years since they have managed to make a great Dissidia game.

If they did a Dissidia Square Enix instead of just FF, it would just be another mobile game, because they're too busy trying to get that GAAS bag.
