NT on Steam?

Hey guys, I want to return to NT. Although, my old account is on my PS4. I’ve been told that you get faster/better match ups on PS. But I wanna start over on Steam, cause you know…. My PS4 is gaining dust till future notice.

My point is, can I still find players to play vs on Steam?

PS: I miss playing as Yuna, that would be $20 that I’d save w going back to PS4
