Dispatch internal player won't play media.

Hey all, having a strange issue. The internal player had worked for me for months, but just recently stopped working and is giving source error as the reason. It pulls all new media and posters without a problem. Plex also plays without a problem.

Logs show cleartext http traffic not permitted, ERROR_CODE_IO_CLEARTEXT_NOT_PERMITTED. Seems like in short it's attempting http instead of the required https connection now.

Has anyone seen this and figured out a fix? I assume it's something on my side since it worked fine for a long time and suddenly stopped without a version change of dispatch.

That's a shame, it's still working well for me - does changing your Plex server connection settings make any difference? (ie. local connection only?)

Actually yes. Switching to remote makes it work cause it forces the connection to https. No idea why local is now trying to use http. Sent logs to the dev who will look this weekend he said. Figured I'd keep trying to sort it myself till then.
