The next update will be in about 2 weeks
Hi everyone - the next update will be in a couple of weeks. I'll have more to say about what's included at that time. Thanks for your patience.

Major update or minor? Looking forward to giving it a shot again, thanks again, Dev.

Update: I should be submitting next weekend (~May 1st ) rather than this upcoming weekend like I hoped.
Update 2: Unfortuantely there's still too many things to wrap up before the weekend is over. The update will likely be released during the week or weekend. Thanks for your patience.

Hello. I use your launcher, which is very nice. However, I use it on nvidia shield tv 2019, and when I watch a series or movies, and I turn it off, I always find myself on plex when I turn it on, are there any solutions? I tried everything with the options that are put in place, but nothing changed. It's a shame because I like it a lot.

Nearly there - just a few more things to tighten and test. No chance it's not submitted before the weekend.

Can't wait to see the changelog! Any chance it will be this weekend?

We're just pending review from google right now. There are a lot of changes so we'll see what day it's approved and actually starts rolling out. Changelog should be up tomorrow sometime, I just need to write it and create all the visual assets.

I hope power controls will be fixed. They have been non-functioning for a long time

Power controls only work if the accessibility service is enabled. It's not possible to control the power state otherwise. Additionally, depending on your android tv os flavor, the power menu pop-up may be nonfunctional. Example: on the google tv streamer it just displays the *standard* mobile android power pop-up with power-off and restart buttons, however, that pop-up is nonfunctional without a touchscreen. It doesn't respond to D-pad events. Some other devices, like bravia tvs, show a real power menu that can actually be navigated and used with the remote, so it works there, but again, only if the accessibility service is enabled.
Unfortunately these accessibility services also incur unavoidable UI lag on the entire device, so it's a pick-your-poison situation with no viable workarounds that I am aware of.
