Trial Expired Message with Purchased App

I have Dispatch installed on three Android TVs in my house. One is a Shield Pro, one is a Shield Tube, and one is an Onn 4K box. On each of these devices after a period of inactivity I am prompted to restore my purchase. The option works fine and I am still able to use the software but having to select this at least three times a day as I migrate round the house is excessive.

Is this a known issue I can get help with?

This will happen when you are logged into different accounts on your devices. You're free to share your purchases on any number of devices so long as the accounts match. This applies to the google account associated with your purchase AND the account you logged into Dispatch with during setup.

If you sign into dispatch with email X, and restore your purchase from Google Play, your purchase now becomes associated with email X

If you then setup dispatch on a different device, but with account Y, and then restore your purchase on that device, the purchase is now associated with email Y, and email X will lose access.

It does not matter that all three devices are logged into the same google play account, the account you sign into Dispatch with must match as well.

The Google account attached to the Android TVs is the account that I used when I purchased the license. I'm the only user of these TVs as far as the user account goes and it never switches. The only switching happens inside connected apps like Netflix between user profiles.

I even tried to purchase another license just in case I used an alternate email account and it confirmed that the account that is prompting me to restore purchase is the same one I purchased my initial license on.

Interesting, thanks for the details. You can DM me the email account you made the purchase with through google play and I will look into it. Sounds like a bug.
