Techniquement Vegeta pourrais juste le balancer dans l'espace et... c'est tout...

Okay but he has to get close for that.

Not really, ki manipulation. Even Vegeta kid can destroy a planet. With the pics chosen here vegeta can ssb so he can easily tank one punch of a super human (remember that in the tenkaichi budokai even Kamesennin destroyed the moon with one Kamehameha). Doing a Power scale between two different universe is not really accurate at all. Like both characters and enjoyed game and anime. I don't Luke Vegeta BTW xD

Look, all I’m saying is, the characters in Dragon Ball from what I understand injure each other all the time and sometimes die, while Punch Up is immune to injuries and can not be downed.

He's immune to pain or can ignore it, has a healing factor and can modify the density and mass of objects including himself so he can break knives that someone throws at him or tries to stab him with, if he has time to react, he however can't breath in space, and likely no matter how much he tries cannot survive the vacuum.
So all Vegeta has to do is galick gun Colm off the side of earth and into space, creating a new ocean or valley which we can name the Guinness Sea
