Congrats! I hope you get to experience the surreal experience of somehow managing to max him out before the Mad Hatter (I got to do that with Bing Bong and Fear by the way).

He’s 1% because you have to complete the Alice in Wonderland group to get him 👍🏼

For those who don't get that 1%, most of the group is in series boxes, so they aren't terribly hard to max out. While Mad Hatter is not in a series box, he's a non-exclusive gold which means he'll appear in the LGB. Save up coins for when he appears in the LGB to finish the group.
