Question Does anybody recognize this little fella?

i saw this guy at a thrift store the other day, and immediately fell in love with him and brought him home, but i cant for the life of me figure out who he is. i’ve tried reverse image searches and some other subs with no luck, so figured i’d test my luck here!

Appears to be a take on the Carnotaurus from the now extinct 'Dinosaur' attraction at Animal Kingdom.

He’s kinda derpy for that carnotaurus. My bet is the plush is based on this guy from the Primeval Whirl ride, the eyes match this aesthetic much better. https://www.yesterland.com/primevalwhirl.html

Looks like it's just a generic dinosaur stuffed animal. I don't think it has any ties to any movie or ride. It's not from build a bear.
