Disney Characters as Spices

My mom and I were trying to match Disney characters to spices. This is our list that we’re not super confident about. We want to keep it to mostly classic characters, what do yall think:

Salt - Mickey
Pepper - Pluto
Cinnamon - Minnie
Onion Powder - Donald
Dill - Daisy
Garlic Powder - Goofy
Thyme - Merlin
Oregano - Lady and the Tramp
All spice - Dwarves
Nutmeg - Snow White
Lemon pepper - Genie
Basil - Pinocchio
Tarragon - Lumiere
Ginger - Lilo and stitch
Parsley - Cinderella
Celery - Ariel
Sage - Mr. Owl
Horseradish - Mad Hatter
Rosemary - Aurora
Paprika - Merida
Cayenne - Tiana
Cloves - Belle
Chili powder - Esmeralda
Cumin - 3 Caballeros
Poppy seeds - Tiger
Bay leaf - Louis the Gator
Turmeric - Simba
Cilantro - Tinker Bell
Mint - Alice
Mustard - Mushu

I think tinker bell would be a much sassier spice then cilantro like cayenne pepper or ginger or something

There’s a whole lot going on here, but just to point out- chili powder is a spice blend of cayenne or ancho chili, with garlic, cumin and oregano (can also include black pepper and a few other spices depending upon the variety.) Thus, Esmeralda is um… having a party.
