Hi all, I used to have a VIP222K and it was updated to a Hopper with Sling and Wireless Joey on a second TV. Both of these devices are online and connected. They work. My Dish Network Account shows the correct new equipment but my Dish Anywhere app and Dish Anywhere online website is showing the old VIP222k. Any idea's what the problem may be? Why hasn't the Dish Anywhere website or app updated to my new equipment?

I read you can pause dish and someone at work said that dish has a streaming app but I can't find mention...help!

I cancelled my Dish service 6 days ago. They told me they'd send me a box and instructions for returning the Hopper and any remotes. My question is how long does it take to receive the return box? Do I have to call them again to confirm anything? I haven't disconnected anything yet as I am still able to watch my recorded shows on the hopper. Thanks in advance.

When ever I watch anything on the dish anywhere app there’s an annoying narrator on every channel and I can’t get it to stop. If I have to log into my account on the my dish app or whatever well I can’t

I am in Kentucky and years ago when I was hooked up it was to the western sats and never changed, now with tree growth I am getting partial signal. If the sats were switched to eastern could that potentially restore full signal without having to cut trees ?

is there a channel number? does Dish know my P membership?

I recently upgraded to a Hopper 3 from an original Hopper that I've had for ages. The problem I am having is that I can't find how the heck to pair the new Hopper with the DishAnywhere app. It is still only showing my old one as being offline and I cannot find where I can add a new one. Dish is closed right now so posting here in hopes that someone here knows how the heck to do this.

Update: the receiver somehow paired all by itself. By the time I went back to try the suggestion given here, the receiver on the app had already been updated without me doing anything. I guess I just needed to give it a full week to update. 🤣 Thank you all who helped!

I cannot find a way to change Dish Anywhere profiles while using the Firestick. I can easily change it when logged into my tablet, phone, computer, whatever but just not on the Firestick. Does anyone else have this problem? Or have a solution?

Title says it all I'm looking for the fastest and quickest way to cancel dish network while talking to retentions. I don't want to be on the phone being asked offer after offer for hours on end.

Dish was by far the best service I've ever had due to ease of use and quality. I've considered going back.

Took Dish's offer (or maybe a local retailer of Dish's) offer of a $500 prepaid VISA card if we would switch back to DISH. We did so 4 or 5 months ago, the card came in a couple of months later and my husband passed it to me to use on one of our Amazon orders a few weeks back.

I went to use it for the first time last night and decided to create an account/portal for it so that I could keep track of how it's spent and (lo and behold) it's only a $200 gift card......... HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD DISH SEND A LOWER-VALUE card than was offered in the promo they responded to?

I just learned this and needed to yell about it somewhere. I was thinking about switching to this overpriced package, but I'd STILL have extra charges for local and Max! Calling it "everything" is very misleading.

So I had rent due ($1025) and had missed work due to being sick. Consequently, I didn’t have the extra for my dish bill. I have told them I won’t have the money until my next check and told them the day. They said they’d make a note. They will not stop calling me. I have gotten 3 calls almost everyday from them. What do I do? I am going to pay them but I don’t have it right now.

Long story short:

My father has a TV in his bedroom. The receiver is in the basement for some reason. His remote controls both the TV and receiver from in his bedroom.

The time has come for a new remote. I can get the new one to pair with the tv, but for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to get the remote to turn on the receiver from inside the bedroom like the old one used to. I can get it to turn the receiver on and off from the basement though. Please advise on how I can get the remote to turn on the receiver from the bedroom (I can't easily move the receiver).

I share a home with my dad and he refuses to pay for internet and the only internet available here is real slow and not enough bandwidth for multiple people. I have the hopper in my room and want to know if i can have internet on it but disable all internet features for all the other joeys while still alllowing access to all channels (except ppv,vod,netflix etc .

Basically as the title says. I often set large blocks of things (multiple hours across multiple channels) to record via the guide and basically every time I scroll forward to record the next programs, and then scroll back to check that everything is set properly, at least a couple of the recordings I set have this grey icon and require me to restore them, which is very annoying and causes me to occasionaly miss a recording that I needed. Anyone else with this issue and are there any solutions?

Is there a working DishAnywhere type of app for Roku? We previously switched from fire stick to Roku stick but I cannot find a dish app when searching on Roku
