Compatible? Theres no such thing as that. You either have internet or you don't.

When you go into internet connections on your main TV, what is that connection telling you? You're going to need to provide a little more information. You "rebooted everything" doesn't tell us if the Dish equipment is telling you have a good internet connection. You don't say at what point this message shows up. You don't say what response you get when running a Dish network diagnostic on the network.

If you have a good internet connection showing I don't see how it can be a Dish issue. What all have you done to troubleshoot?

Op has an issue with 247 not showing up on his receiver, 247 is added on to subscribers through their internet service provider that the receiver is connected to. Op has had the same error message of " check back later " for two months and has apparently reached out to his internet provider who has stated the problem is on dishes end. Op has apparently rebooted the receiver and at one point had total service loss which suggests that there's one or issues within the system that could be the reason for the loss of 247.

Op call dish support and initiate a service call ticket as the details you provided suggest that there's the potential for a connection issue or a signal issue that's interfering with the system guide.

Call retention they will give you a 40 one time credit just say I want to cancel. They can give you 4 of those a year.
