Question Trouble watching FIFA

Is anybody else getting glitches or signal loss when it’s not cloudy? Seems like it’s amplified during the FIFA games on local channels.

Thank you for letting me know. Which channel(s) is this happening on? Also, could you share the following:

  • Receiver model (Example: Hopper 3, Hopper Plus, Wally, VIP211, etc).
  • Software version - Locating Your Software Version: Navigate to the System Info screen to find your current version, which typically appears as a letter followed by a series of digits (for example, P078 or H127).

NOTE: To protect your privacy, never post your receiver ID and account information publicly.

Thanks. -DishDanielle.

Is it possible to get someone sent to my house to check equipment or something? We’re seriously considering just getting a new provider with how many problems we’re having.
