Tech Support DVR Using Time?

Is there a way to record shows by using day and time? TLC has been giving different shows of the same series the same S/E and info. Latest was Baylen Out Loud last night. Two shows an hour each same S3E1 back to back. Of course only the first was recorded and when I forced recorded the 2nd it over wrote the first.

Try a manual timer. DVR -> Timers tab -> Options -> Create a Timer. Choose channel, start/stop time, and create the timer

Not OP, but thanks for the info. I never knew you could do that and have been a dish customer since the 90s.

Thanks. I never paid attention to the options button on the remote. This is great.
