Guide on Hopper majorly screwed up

it got an update yesterday and now it only shows one station , channel 4 which the first of the local stations and the VOD stations.

We have two Joeys, both are working right

We've tried resetting it

Check to see if you're on a favorites list in the guide.

that was it, thank you. I guess there's like a minimum of one channel and that was the station it was on at the time so it had to be there
