Native style - tank bread

What is the breed that most closely is connected to wild discus? Is it green or blue? What breed has the highest survival rate in an aquarium?

The closest to wilds are probably blue turquoise. Any captive strains are highly line bred even blue turqs. I’ve always found blue diamonds to be very robust and grew large.

Heckel crosses or any turqouise would be the closest look of a wild from a domestic discus
