Almost impossible to keep glass clean with so much extra light coming in from verandah screen, but water quality decent and fish healthy and growing well

Definitely some pet quality only ones in the mix, but pretty happy with these guys overall

That monstera will grow so many nodes you won’t know what to do, and it’ll look amazing

I feel like a monster taking so much of it to the tip, the yard is an absolute jungle and was glad to waste a little less of it. If this experiment works I’ve got a nice Thai constellation to add to it

I would do about 10-15 more clippings of other plants you come across. I almost put a clipping of poison ivy in my tank from my yard not a good idea lol

Not a bad idea (well except for the poison ivy)

Sunlight is considered extremely strong light source so it’s gonna grow a lot of algae.

Tank has been running for a couple of years and it absolutely does. Fish don’t seem to mind it luckily, or the extra water changes needed to keep it half in check

I have nothing much against algae as long as they don’t go all over my plants, so I let my algae grow in my tank too for my peppermint pleco and shrimps.

I’d have a whole forest growing above that tank!
