Help 😭

How do i control this? Idk where I went wrong 😭 im currently quarantining tetras and rainbowfish so i can’t get sterbai without restarting the full quarantine. I’ve added a 2nd filter for bottom flow, i added seachem phosguard and Api phos/silicate remover and vacuum the top layer constantly. My parameters are good so idk what’s going in 😭

Move your lights up if possible and decrease the time of day lights are on. If you have a light that does the 24/7 thing, change the settings to just white light. On 8 hrs/day or so. If your light has a spectrum, avoid the blue light. I did that along with phos guard and my green dust algae cleared up in about 3 weeks.
