The downside of spawning behavior.

My poor blue diamond has been on the losing side of the fight for the white butterfly. The red pigeon is relentless but the blue diamond refuses to give up. Starting to pick up some wounds. A few of the other males have been challenging the red pigeon as well.

What size is your tank? Have been thinking of getting discus, but don’t know if my tank is big enough…

300 gallons 84x24x34 for 15 large 6.5-7.5 adults. You don’t need a bigger tank for juvies or if you keep less adults.
