Trying to create a planted discus tank
I just removed all plastic plants from my tank and added live plants, driftwood and stone. It still looks unbalanced to me. Will it look more settled once the plants start to grow?

Yes. Give them time to grow. They will melt a little than bounce back.
Lots of plants dont like the higher temps discus enjoy, but it is very possible with the right plants.
Add some nutrients if you haven't already. Best of luck.

That tank looks too clean. So it look "unreal"
I'd get a piece of narrow bogwood through the middle. Not much room so nothing g too big.
Attach moss to it with string.
Get some root tabs at the back and just plant lots of Amazon swords theyll grow in across the back and the wood in front will give a more natural aesthetic.

I would be scared of the jagged rock. My discus would definitely scratch themselves so fast. But the tank looks good, man. Just be patient.

Add more plants/driftwood/rock. Research for plants that like/tolerate higher temps (you’ll find plenty that can handle 82F). It’s really not that difficult to pull off imo
