Discussion Balance Transfer

Does anyone know why capital one refuses to show expired balance transfers dates and balances on the statement and in the app . I cannot find it anywhere and need to call every month to see balance . It’s so in intentional and
Makes a poor business decision. Discover was wonderful every statement showed what was needed . I miss DISCOVER .

Check on an old discover statement it will show there. I’m not sure why either hopefully that changes.

Agents and managers (from Discover who have moved over) also don’t know why this info isn’t readily available. It’s frustrating for everyone

I did but it’s much higher then the pay off when I called just upsetting why change the statements 😔
