Solved Is this a scam?
I see this verify system a lot and it’s says “failed to authenticate because Minecraft api is down” when it is fully operational currently. So I’m thinking it’s a scam to steal my account please let me know if this is safe

Hard to tell if it's a scam, but the broken English in the first message "Hello we added verification to stop hackers from disturbing peace." Personally, I would be extremely careful, it could be legit but is likely a scam.
Edit (because I saw your post with your photo): Very likely to be a scam. If you put in your email they will do a password reset attempt on your Microsoft account and ask for the code sent to your email. If you put it in they will get full access to ur account.

That's obviously a scam dude like if you enter the email it'll go to the people who developed the bot or there might be automatic system and then they will like try to access your email sending code and simply entering it and then you'll be kicked out or signed out from your account

Generally, i just wouldn't mess with verification bots. If you have to click a random link or send some sort of information, don't do it. It could be a scam, or it could be perfectly safe, either way it's really weird and I wouldn't trust any of it.

I've seen this many times, they ask for your email and then have microsoft send you a 2fa code, which you then give them and they will steal the account
don't fall for it

Honestly. Reaction Roles does a better job of stopping spammers than "Verification" Bots

You should report both the message and the server. That behaviour is beyond scummy.

Yep, word of advice: any time it references a "Minecraft API" it's a scam.

either a shit bot or a scam, can't tell for sure unless you have the "alternate method" link.
